I had ordered 2 lights out of which I have only received one. But in my orders it is showing both are delivered. My order number is #17805324600. Why is there is no contact number on this website to call? I have sent an email but have not received a response. Very bad customer service.
User friendly, if it was with a blue tooth operation, it would have been much easier
Bought this light on 13/5/25. Excellent output till date. At the moment I'm not using the remote. RGB FX modes are operable through remote only which is a con I must say, though it's not required for me. Every function must be available through manual control. So from my point of view, actual rating is 4.5, cutting 0.5 marks for remote only functions. Attached a screen-shot from my video. No softbox is used.
The light is very nice and does the job well, the only short comings are for fx modes and to adjust brightness you need to use the remote only and the power cable is a bit loose it can easily plug out of the light
Super easy to set up and control. Even beginners can use it confidently.
